Everyone of us has experienced it probably the same way:

We wanted to show our support to an Artist by buying their merchandise - at the merch booth during a concert or even online. A certain time passed by and we suddenly darned the bad quality of the product we purchased: misshaped shirts and crumbling printings are just the apex of cheaply produced but mostly expensive merchandise these days.

That's for sure not the way it's supposed to be.
